We are looking for an Infrastructure & SysOps Engineer who is excited to help us build and maintain a scalable, reliable platform for our customers at Teamwork.com

We work almost exclusively on AWS. Our applications are written in Go and deployed to Kubernetes clusters in multiple geographical regions.

As an Infrastructure Engineer at Teamwork you will:

• Build, maintain and upgrade the AWS infrastructure that allows Teamwork.com to exist and grow using the GitOps and InfrastructureAsCode approach with an extreme focus on Security
• Help to host and maintain the Kubernetes clusters used to run our applications.
• Work with development teams. Advise them how to build and architect new features on cloud infrastructure but also implementing/improving their CI/CD processes.
• Support the solution availability reacting to our alerts and joining the on call rotation.
• Continuous Improvement of our Monitoring and Alerting system
• Ensure the performance and scalability of Teamwork.com’s product offerings
• Support, maintain and grow our automated jobs across the board.
• Write SOPs and document processes so tasks can be repeated consistently and automated where possible

• A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• A motivated individual who is able to continuously learn and adapt to new tooling and technologies
• We'd love you to show us how we can improve what we do & help elevate the skills of the team members.
• We believe in radical candour and a healthy debate. We like strong opinions loosely held.
• Proficiency with coding and/or scripting with any of the following languages (Python, Bash, Go)
• Previous experience in DevOps, Automation's or SRE roles
• Terraform or other IaC.
• Ansible or other Configuration Management.
• AWS or any public cloud provider.
• Modern CI/CD platforms
• Observability best practices including SLO's
